Historical Inn & Küferstube

The restaurant "Zum Lam" in Gleiszellen-Gleishorbach offers seasonal fresh cuisine. Everyone can find exactly what they are looking for here: family hospitality with good food and drink in a cozy atmosphere, in which one likes to linger. The delicacies typical of the Palatinate, such as Saumagen, Bratwurst, Leberknödel or Fläschknepp, are always freshly made with regional products. Tarte flambée in salty and sweet variations, as known from Alsace, is also available here from the oven. The Lam is known far beyond its borders for its steak specialties in blockhouse quality, but dishes with a Mediterranean touch made of pork, lamb, fish or vegetarian also satisfy the discerning palate. Seasonal items - from asparagus in spring to goose in the Advent and Christmas season - complement the weekly changing menu. Most of the wines served at Lam come from their own 3.5 hectare vineyard.
